Description
Domaine de Marotte Cuvee Niels is een blend 40% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Carignan. De geur is vol en rijk. Je ruikt kersen, bramen en zwarte bessen, Provençaalse kruiden maar ook iets van mint en vanille. De smaak is heel lekker stevig maar ook elegant. De afdronk is fris en rond met voldoende lengte. We vinden het zelf een hele goede evenwichtige wijn met een uitzonderlijke goede prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Ook gekoeld is deze wijn een aangename verrassing.

Heerlijk als aperitief, bij diverse vleesgerechten of kazen.
Domaine de Marotte is een wijnhuis waarvan de eigenaars Daan en Elvire van Dijkman oorspronkelijk uit Nederland komen, ze zeggen zelf: "Nederlandse wijn, uit Frankrijk!". produceren sinds 1997 mooie wijnen aan de voet van de Mont Ventoux. Hun wijnen worden geschonken als banquetwijnen bij het Amstel Hotel en als huiswijn bij het Rijks Museum
