Bleekgeel van kleur met een frisse aromatische neus. Groene appeltjes, peer en citrusfruit. Op de tong aangename lichttintelende frisse en fruitige aanzet met een prettig minerale ondertoon. Droog, sappig en fris met aangename bittertjes en daardoor 'bite'. Een zomerse doordrinkwijn voor op het terras als aperitief of eigenlijk voor altijd. Scherp geprijsd!smaakimpressie
Verfrissende, levendige, aromatische (citrusfruit), mondvullende witte wijn met een hint van ziltige mineraliteit en een hoog ‘yammieyammie’-gehalte.vinificatie
De trossen worden volledig ontsteeld, waarna de druiven langzaam pneumatisch geperst worden. Na een koude behandeling om de most op een natuurlijke wijze te klaren, vindt de gisting plaats bij 18°C. De jonge wijn wordt na de gisting nog 4 tot 6 maanden opgevoed op de eigen ‘lie’ (fijn bezinksel) met regelmatige ‘remuage’ (los- en doorroeren van het bezinksel). ‹›Related Products
