Elegante en toegankelijk droge en rijpe pinot blanc of in goed Duits Weisburgunder.Lichtgelig met een expressieve neus waarin bloesem, perzikfruit en citrustonen te onderscheiden zijn. Frisse aanzet, elegant zowel droog als rijp, verleidelijk en harmonieus. Soepele en toegankelijk Pinot Blanc of Weisburgunder met minerale lichtrokerige ondertoon en een lange afdronk. De wijn heeft body en structuur, wat vettigheid. Dit komt door het warmere (micro) klimaat in de Pfalz-regio. De druiven worden hier eerder rijp en ook rijper, dat geeft meer body, meer dikte en structuur aan de wijn. Heerlijk glas en let en zeer scherp geprijsd.smaakimpressie
Licht bleekgeel van kleur met sappige, frisse, loepzuivere fruitaroma’s van appel en citrus. De smaak is zacht droog, frivool, vol met aangename frisse zuurtjes en mondvullend sappig wit fruit.vinificatie
Zorgvuldig geoogst fruit wordt ontsteeld, zachtjes geperst en in RVS tanks koel vergist op 16°C voor 10 tot 14 dagen. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn op zijn uitgezakte, fijne gist om meer complexiteit op te bouwen.
