Deze Du Sud Rosé heeft aroma’s en smaaktonen van verse aardbeien, kersen en frambozen. Een frisse, verfijnde droge smaak en een soepele afdronk. Heerlijk als aperitief, bij gegrilde groenten en een barbecue.
De coöperatie Vignerons d’Alignan du Vent staat voor innovatie op het gebied van wijn maken in de Languedoc. Een aantal wijnmakers hebben hun krachten gebundeld in deze coöperatie en kijken met een moderne en kritische blik naar de toekomstige wijnwereld. Du Sud rosé van Alignan du Vent wordt gemaakt van grenache (95%) en syrah (5%) druiven. Bij aankomst in het wijnhuis worden de druiven licht gekneusd en na een aantal uren geperst. Vervolgens ondergaat het sap een alcoholische fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks. Het resultaat is een lichtroze rosé die zich in elk jaargetijde uitstekend laat gelden.
