80% Negroamaro, 15% Malvasia Nera di Lecce, 5% Malvasia Nera di Brindisi
Intense dieprode kleur. Volle vlezige rode wijn met aroma's van rood fruit, maar ook pruimen, tabak en leer. Robuuste wijn met een goede structuur. Moderne vinificatie.
Fermentatie op schil gedurende 6 dagen met gecontroleerde temperatuur van 26 °C. Gerijpt in grote eiken vaten gedurende 6 maanden en in roestvrijstalen vaten gedurende 18 maanden.
Dit is een heerlijke wijn bij rood vlees, wild, lamsvlees, rijke pastaschotels en belegen kazen.
