Cava Flama Organic Brut Nature is een bruisende wijn die volgens de 'méthode traditionelle' wordt gemaakt. Deze techniek is onder andere bekend van de productie van champagne en kenmerkend hierbij is dat er een tweede vergisting plaatsvindt op de fles. De wijnmakers stellen deze Organic Brut Nature samen op basis van een drietal druivenrassen: macabeo, parellada en xarel-lo. De Cava Flama Organic Brut kenmerkt zich door een levendig karakter waarin vers fruit de boventoon voert. Licht droog van smaak met verleidelijke bubbels die deze cava tot een uitstekend aperitief maken evenals een heerlijke begeleider van desserts.
