Beschrijving: Beschrijving Deze gerstekorrels zijn op biodynamische wijze geteeld. Biodynamisch gaat een stap verder dan biologisch. Demeter gecertificeerde boeren voldoen aan extra hoge eisen voor dierenwelzijn en bodembeheer. Vruchtwisseling is essentieel voor een veerkrachtige bodem. Door maximaal eens per vijf jaar hetzelfde gewas op dezelfde plek te telen, blijft de bodem bestand tegen ziektes. Graan is een favoriet gewas in de vruchtwisseling: het diepe wortelstelsel maakt de bodem lekker luchtig. Bovendien is het stro een comfortabel ligbed voor dieren op stal en stromest is goud voor de bodem. Smaakvolle, volwaardige en vitale graankorrels van dichtbij de natuur. Laat per persoon 75 g gerst met 500 ml water en eventueel kruiden een nacht weken. Breng de gerst met het water aan de kook. Laat de gerst in 20 minuten gaar worden. Voeg naar wens zout toe. Laat 3 uur nawellen.
