In Het Gebroken Oor (bord 23, vakje D9) beraamt Diaz een moordaanslag die, zoals zo vaak, op een mislukking uitloopt.
Voorheen adjudant van generaal Alcazar, is hij nooit over zijn degradatie tot korporaal heen gekomen.
Deze straf werd hem opgelegd nadat hij had opgemerkt dat er "te veel kolonels en te weinig korporaals" waren.
Sindsdien heeft hij talloze wraakplannen bedacht.
Helaas maken zijn pech en incompetentie hem eerder een komische dan een gevaarlijke tegenstander.
De 12 cm grote beeldjes, met de gelijkenissen van de hoofdpersonages uit De Avonturen van Kuifje, zijn met minutieuze aandacht voor detail vervaardigd op basis van Hergés tekeningen. Deze harsstukken zijn fijn bewerkt en met de hand beschilderd.
Geleverd in een transparante cilindrische verpakking, vergezeld van een bijsluiter.
