Het proces wordt volledig gecontroleerd door ‘Ecocert’, de officiële instantie die alleen bij het naleven van de zeer strenge regels het ‘Eco certificaat’ toekent.
Donkerrode kleur. Geuren van vers rood en zwart fruit met een licht aroma van stoofpeertjes. De smaak is soepel en aangenaam zacht met een echt mediterraan karakter. De wijn heeft een plezierige afdronk. Deels traditioneel vergist met gecontroleerde verkoeling en een deel met koolzuur inweking om fruitigheid te geven aan de wijn. De wijn combineert goed met gebraden gevogelte en witvlees. Maaltijd salade met rood vlees.
