Diepe paarse rode wijn. Aroma’s van donker fruit (bramen), veel finesse en elegantie. Kruidig en levendig. Mooie volle wijn met rijpe tannines en een degelijke structuur. Traditioneel. Lagering voor 6 maanden op Franse en Amerikaanse eiken vaten. Te serveren bij vlees, wild met pittige saus. Decanteren 1 uur op voorhand is aangeraden. Opleggen tot makkelijk 10 jaar. Deze prachtige Montes Purple Angel is een van de topwijnen van Aurelio Montes.
