Net als de Amarone wordt een Recioto gemaakt van druiven die eerst 6-7 maanden gedroogd zijn, waardoor de smaken zich concentreren en suikers en zuren intenser worden. Daarna worden de druiven pas geperst en wordt de wijn gemaakt. Deze Recioto heeft vervolgens 10 maanden gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten. Dit resulteert in een weelderig zoete wijn, Je ruikt bloemen en proeft krenten, gedroogde vijgen, noten en specerijen. Heerlijk na een feestelijk maal of als start bij de borrel.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de Garganega druif.
