De Rovisco Garcia Rosé is een heerlijke lichtroze blend van 2 inheemse druivensoorten: Aragonez en Touriga Nacional. Een duurzaam geproduceerde Portugese rosé, droog, fruitig en fris. Heerlijk op het terras of als aperitief.
Lekker bij
De Rovisco Garcia Rosé is lekker als aperitief, maar ook bij lichte maaltijden met vis, wit vlees, gevogelte, salades, quiches of als verfrisser bij romige gerechten.
De wijngaard
De wijngaard Rovisco Garcia beschikt over een prachtige zuidhelling in de wijnstreek Alentejo. Dit wijngebied ligt in het Zuidelijke binnenland en wordt in het Noorden begrensd door de rivier de Taag. Deze populaire wijnregio die ongeveer 1/3 deel van Portugal beslaat levert over het algemeen prachtige witte wijnen met tropische fruitsmaken en een mooie zuurgraad. De druiven worden in de vroege ochtenduren zorgvuldig met de hand geplukt om vervolgens in deze heerlijke rosé te belanden.
