Een bijzondere Sauvignon, met name door de toevoeging van 15% Sauvignon Rose, die de wijn wat meer rondeur en rijpheid geeft. Harold Hamersma schreef over deze wijn: “Bo en Bo hangen de wat rijpere stijl aan. Niet zo strak, niet zo vinnig, niet zo Ritalin. Volle kruisbes, wat mango ook, zoete appel en milde zuren.” Zelf schrijft Jean-Paul Bonnigal: “Forget everything you know about Sauvignon and let yourself be charmed by this wine. It’s a gastronomic Sauvignon with gourmet flavours like mango, stone fruit and well balanced minerality-acidity“. Dat is het proberen waard toch, voor een prijs die beduidend lager ligt dan de Sauvignons uit de streek rond Sancerre. Ik vind het een heerlijke wijn.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de Sauvignon Blanc druif.
