Description
Een licht strogele kleur in het glas met gouden reflecties en een zeer fijne en aanhoudende bubbel. De neus opent met intense aroma's van witte bloemen, verrijkt met elegante fruitige hints van perzik en citrus. In de mond is hij harmonieus en omhullend, aangenaam fris en fluwelig.
Het wordt uitsluitend geproduceerd met Trebbiano di Lugana-druiven, alleen met de hand geoogst en geselecteerd in de eerste tien dagen van september. De gisting vindt plaats in stalen containers bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 16°C, de tweede gisting vindt plaats door hergisting op fles, volgens de klassieke methode met 24 maanden rijping op de droesem.
