2015. Custoza is een klein stadje in de buurt van Verona en is tevens de naamgever van deze wijn. In oude ijstijden is hier zogeheten morenisch puin achtergelaten, rolkeien met veel minerale zouten, daardoor is de bodem er witkleurig. Ideaal voor wijngaard en met witte druivensoorten. In de Bianco di Custoza komen er vier voor met elk hun eigen karaktereigenschappen en dus eigen aandeel in de wijn. Garganega 30%, cortese 30%, trebbiano toscano 30%, trebbianello 10% . Lichtgeel van kleur met een groene zweem, in de neus wat wit fruit (peer). Fris, droog, aromatisch, harmonieus met pit en karakter. Fijne bittertjes op het eind, elegant glas. Lichte strogele kleur met een groen zweempje. Zacht en delicaat in de neus, vineus en elegant fruitig (peren). Goed gestructureerde wijn, zacht op de tong, fris, sappig en evenwichtig.vinificatie
De druiven worden goed rijp geoogst en ondergaan een korte inweking van enkele uren op hun schillen. De gisting is klassiek, met strikte temperatuurcontrole. Na de gisting rust de jonge wijn nog 4 maanden in RVS tanks. ‹›Related Products
