Intens aroma met wit en tropisch fruit, naast florale tonen, een lichte mineraliteit en mooie geïntegreerde, discrete houttonen die zorgen voor complexiteit. Levendige frisse zuurgraad met in de afdronk wat tonen van wit fruit en asperges. Lange, elegante en gebalanceerde afdronk. Serveer als aperitief of bij gerechten met vis, zeevruchten, salade, pasta en zelfs wit vlees. Serveertemperatuur: 9-11⁰C.smaakimpressie
Helder, licht goudgeel van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van grapefruit, perzik, mango en een lichte kruidigheid. In het smaakpalet tonen van citroen, tropisch fruit en een hint van vanille, die worden gevolgd door een aanhoudende afdronk met levendige zuren.vinificatie
Na het handmatige, selectieve plukken begin september worden de druiven gekneusd en krijgen ze enkele uren koude schilweking, waarna persing volgt en wederom enkele uren rust om grovere bestanddelen te laten bezinken. Vervolgens wordt de most geperst en overgestoken op Franse eikenhouten barriques om hierin zeer langzaam de temperatuurgecontroleerde (18°C) alcoholische fermentatie te ondergaan, met aansluitend rijping op de ‘lie’. Na 8 maanden wordt de wijn uiteindelijk geassembleerd, licht geklaard, gefilterd en gebotteld. ‹›Related Products
