Intens oranje kleur. In de neus fijne nootmuskaataroma's, exotisch fruit, een vleugje rokerigheid en een vleugje wilde roos. In de mond verrast de Schembs Pet Nat met zijn volledig droge rijping, een bittere frisheid en een lange afdronk. Altijd vergezeld van een verfrissend elegante kooldioxide.

DRUIVENSOORT(EN): Roter Muskateller (Muscat Rouge à Petits Grains), Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling
VINIFICATIE: Druiven werden met de hand geplukt en met de hand geselecteerd. Niet-spontaan gefermenteerde Sauvignon Blanc gerijpt in barrique en spontaan gefermenteerde Roter Muskateller gerijpt in Tonneau beide een jaar. Riesling fermenteerde spontaan in de open tank met schil en zaden en zette de gisting voort in de fles na vermenging met Sauvignon Blanc en Roter Muskateller om bubbels te produceren.
Beperkt 2200 flessen gemaakt.
