Helder flonkerend, bleek strogeel van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van citrusfruit, perzik, nectarine, wilde venkel en kamille. In het smaakpalet tonen van citroenschil, geel steenfruit, meloen, granny-smith-appels en een hint van amandelen, die gepaard gaan met een frisse afdronk met strakke zuren.vinificatie
De druiven worden met de hand geplukt, waarbij streng geselecteerd wordt. In de vinificatiekelder vindt voorzichtige pneumatische persing van de druiven plaats, waarna het sap 12 uur lang rust om grovere bestanddelen te laten bezinken. Hierna laat men temperatuurgecontroleerd (18°C) een alcoholische fermentatie plaatsvinden op roestvrijstalen tanks. Na enkele weken krijgt de jonge wijn, eveneens op rvs-tanks, nog een rijpingsperiode op de fijne ‘lie’zonder dat men de malolactische gisting laat plaatsvinden, om zo een optimale frisheid van de wijn te behouden. Na ongeveer 6 maanden wordt de wijn geassembleerd, indien nodig geklaard, licht gefilterd en gebotteld. ‹›Related Products
