Helder, licht geelgroen van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van grapefruit, peer, grannysmith- appels, meloen en witte bloesem. In het smaakpalet tonen van citroen, appel, witte perzik en een hint van tropisch fruit, die in de afdronk gepaard gaan met frisse zuren.vinificatie
Begin september worden de druiven geoogst. Na selectie worden de druiven ontsteeld en volgt er een pneumatische persing, met aansluitend een koude rustperiode van 12 uur om zo de grovere bestanddelen te laten bezinken. Daarna laat men het sap een temperatuur-gecontroleerde (17°C) alcoholische gisting ondergaan in roestvrijstalen tanks. Aansluitend wordt het grootste deel van de jonge wijn overgestoken op schone rvs-tanks voor de malolactische gisting en een rijpingsperiode op de ‘lie’. Na 6 maanden wordt de wijn geassembleerd en na een eventuele lichte filtering gebotteld. Dit proces verloopt geheel volgens strikt biologisch-dynamische regels en voorschriften. ‹›Related Products
