Sinds kort heeft Jacques Maubert 4 amforen aangeschaft. Amforen zijn door hun kleistructuur van nature poreus, waardoor de wijn net als bij houten vaten een beetje kan ademen tijdens de rijping. Deze amforen gebruikt hij nu voor de witte Pampalune en voor een rode special, die hij in 2022 voor het eerst maakt. Een blend van Syrah met Mourvèdre (Monastrell). De blend combineert het zachte van de Mourvèdre met het krachtige van de Syrah. De wijn is donkerrood en ruikt naar viooltjes met rode bessen. De smaak is betoverend, puur en mineraal met een fijne textuur. Drink de wijn bij een vegetarische groenteschotel of bij fijn vlees.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Syrah en Mourvèdre.
