Helder, strogeel van kleur. In de neus elegante aroma’s van citrusfruit, appel en wat kruidigheid. In het smaakpalet wederom citrusvruchten en perzik, met een afdronk met goede zuren.vinificatie
Eind augustus worden de druiven geoogst, waarna men in de vinificatiekelder na directe pneumatische persing een temperatuurgecontroleerde alcoholische gisting laat plaatsvinden op roestvrijstalen tanks. Vervolgens wordt de wijn overgestoken op schone rvs-tanks om enkele maanden te rijpen, zonder dat de malolactische gisting zich voltrekt. ‹›Related Products
