Description
Clairin Sajous 2018 wordt geproduceerd door de distilleerderij van Michel Sajous in Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye. Deze rum wordt gemaakt van de lokale Cristalline-suikerrietsoort, die op natuurlijke wijze wordt geteeld zonder kunstmest of pesticiden. De suikerriet wordt met de hand geoogst en verwerkt tot puur sap, dat vervolgens langzaam fermenteert met natuurlijke gisten. De rum wordt daarna ambachtelijk gedistilleerd en gebotteld zonder filtering.
Aroma & Smaak:
- Aroma: Frisse en aardse tonen van suikerrietsap, groene appel en kruiden, met een lichte bloemige toets.
- Smaak: Rijk en vol, met uitgesproken tonen van vers suikerrietsap, citrus en een licht ziltige ondertoon.
- Afdronk: Lang en complex, met een evenwichtige mix van zoete en aardse smaken.
