Description
Santadi Grotta Rosso is gemaakt van 100% Carignano druiven. Door de hete en droge zomers en warme winters wordt de smaak en structuur bepaald. Door de malolactische fermentatie wordt er een onderscheidende zachtheid gegeven aan de wijn, die enkele maanden rijpt in cementvaten voordat de wijn in de fles gaat.
Duidelijke geur van rood fruit en een toets van zoethout. Heel elegant van smaak, zachte tannines en een goede body.
