Helder, licht strogeel van kleur. In de neus aroma's van limoen, bloemen, zeer rijpe appel en iets van vuursteen. In het smaakpalet tonen van sinaasappelschil en gele pruimen, die gepaard gaan met een afdronk met zacht frisse zuren.vinificatie
De druiven van de vier rassen worden tegelijkertijd geoogst. De trossen worden streng geselecteerd. De druiven worden geperst en vervolgens laat men het sap de alcoholische gisting ondergaan op Franse eikenhouten barriques, waarvan slechts 5% nieuw is om smaakinvloed van het hout zoveel mogelijk te beperken. Aansluitend vindt de malolactische gisting en rijping op de ‘lie’ plaats in dezelfde barriques. 8 maanden later volgt de assemblage van de wijn en wordt deze zonder klaring of filtering gebotteld. ‹›Related Products
