Description
De Tequila Calle 23 Anejo is gemaakt van 100% blue weber agave en wordt geproduceerd in Los Altos de Jalisco, een droge regio met gigantisch hoge temperaturen en een zwaar regenseizoen. Gek genoeg zijn dit de perfecte omstandigheden voor de blauwe weber agave plant om in te groeien.
Na het distillatieproces heeft deze Anejo tequila voor 16 maanden lang op voormalige bourbon vaten van Amerikaans eikenhout mogen rijpen. Dit proces geeft de tequila een zoete start met romige vanille en lichte toetsen van het eikenhout, gepaard met de wat bittere ondertonen van koffie. Een stevige kick van tabak met als afsluiter een pittige afdronk. De perfecte tequila om puur van te genieten.
