De Tequila Don Julio Reposado is een elegante Tequila, die 8 maanden rijpt op Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten, en hierdoor tonen bij zich draagt van rijpe citrusvruchten en gedroogd fruit. Tegelijkertijd kenmerkt deze Tequila zich door zijn aardse smaken, die de Tequila uit Mexico krijgt door de bergligging van de destilleerderij, in de hooglanden van Jalisco.
Don Julio Gonzalez, de founder van Don Julio Tequila, droomde van zijn eigen distilleerderij waar hij de perfecte Tequila kon gaan produceren. In samenwerking met een lokale investeerder wist hij zijn droom werkelijkheid te maken: een eigen destilleerderij inclusief de velden waar hij zijn blauwe Agave kan verbouwen. Door zijn unieke eigenwijsheid en zijn oog voor perfectie, ontstond de Don Julio Tequila range.
