Description
Fortaleza Reposado wordt gemaakt van 100% agave, op dezelfde traditionele wijze als de Blanco, maar rijpt daarna 6 tot 9 maanden in Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten. Dit geeft de tequila extra diepte zonder dat de frisse agavesmaak verloren gaat.
Wat deze reposado uniek maakt, is de perfecte balans tussen houtinvloed en pure agave. Waar veel reposado’s te zwaar worden, blijft Fortaleza elegant en complex. De beperkte oplage en het ambachtelijke karakter maken dit een geliefde keuze bij kenners.
Smaakprofiel
- Neus: Geroosterde agave, vanille, karamel en lichte kruiden.
- Smaak: Romig met honing, rijp fruit, eikenhout en subtiele peperigheid.
- Afdronk: Lang, warm en zacht, met een mooie balans van hout en agave.
Een reposado die laat zien dat rijping de agavesmaak kan versterken in plaats van verbergen. Uitstekend om puur te drinken, maar ook een luxe upgrade in klassieke tequila-cocktails. Nu beschikbaar bij Cane & Grain – beperkte productie, geliefd bij connaisseurs.
Bestel de Tequila Fortaleza Reposado samen met een fles Triple Sec, bijvoorbeeld Merlet Trois Citrus, om de klassieke Margarita cocktail te maken. Echter is deze Tequila ook heerlijk om er rustig puur van te genieten.
