De Fortaleza Blanco Still Strength is een pure, ongefilterde tequila die rechtstreeks uit de distilleerketel komt. Met een alcoholpercentage van 46% proef je tequila zoals hij écht bedoeld is: krachtig, authentiek en zonder concessies. Gemaakt van 100% blauwe agave en zonder verdunning, biedt deze uitgave een zeldzame en intense beleving voor de echte liefhebber.
Traditionele productie
Fortaleza wordt nog steeds ambachtelijk gemaakt in Tequila, Jalisco. De agaves worden langzaam gekookt in bakstenen ovens, daarna vermalen met een traditionele tahona (stenen molen) en vergist in open houten kuipen. Distillatie gebeurt in kleine koperen ketels, volgens de methodes die al sinds de 19e eeuw in de familie worden doorgegeven. Dit proces zorgt voor een ongeëvenaarde diepte en authenticiteit in smaak.
