Description
Miracielo spiced rum is een special reserve spiced rum uit Guatemala. De rum wordt gemaakt volgens een oud familierecept, met enkel de beste suikerrietsiroop en de rijping heeft plaats in eikenhouten vaten. De rum kent op de neus kruidige tonen met in de smaak tonen van vanille en fruit. Bij de maceratie worden namelijk pruimen, rozijnen, vanille en perzik gebruikt.
Miracielo wordt in kleine oplages geproduceerd in dezelfde destilleerderij als Botran Rum. Met de ambachtelijke productie van Miracielo zijn ze erg trouw aan het originele recept uit 1953 in La Antigua Guatemala. De nadruk op de artisanale productie van Miracielo-rum wordt versterkt door het ontwerp van een luxe fles in kleine series, waarvan de hals is voorzien van een handgemaakte leren riem.
De Miracielo spiced rum won in 2021 een gouden medaille op de Spirit Selection in Brussel.
Deze rum is erg lekker om puur te drinken of naast een vers kopje koffie.
