Clairin Communal is een Haïtiaanse rum die een blend is van Clairins uit verschillende distilleerderijen, waaronder Sajous, Vaval, Casimir en Le Rocher. Dit maakt Clairin Communal tot een perfect voorbeeld van de veelzijdigheid van de Haïtiaanse rumtraditie. De productie volgt traditionele methoden, waarbij lokale suikerrietvariëteiten worden gefermenteerd met wilde gisten en gedistilleerd in pot stills. Het resultaat is een rum met een krachtig en authentiek karakter.
Aroma & Smaak:
- Aroma: Frisse tonen van citrus, witte bloemen en licht funky nuances afkomstig van de natuurlijke fermentatie.
- Smaak: Levendig en puur, met duidelijke invloeden van suikerrietsap, hints van tropisch fruit en een vleugje kruiden.
- Afdronk: Licht droog en mineraal, met subtiele fruittonen die lang blijven hangen.
