Geïnspireerd door het Cognac-industrie ratingsysteem, komt de term *** (drie sterren) overeen met de vermelding VS (Very Special), wat betekent dat de rum minimaal twee jaar heeft gerijpt. Deze specifieke rum is echter vier jaar gerijpt in eikenhouten vaten en gemaakt van puur suikerrietsap.
Met een alcoholpercentage van 43%, biedt deze rum een onderscheidende smaakervaring.
