Geïnspireerd door het Cognac-industrie ratingsysteem, vertegenwoordigt de *** (vijf sterren) deze rum een uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Gemaakt van puur suikerrietsap, heeft deze rum acht jaar gerijpt in eikenhouten vaten. Oorspronkelijk werd deze rum "La Goutte d’Or" genoemd, wat "de gouden druppel" betekent.
Met een alcoholpercentage van 43%, biedt deze rum een verfijnde en complexe smaakervaring.
