Rum El Dorado 12Y is een rum uit Guyana. Deze rum is een blend van geselecteerde rums, allemaal minstens 12 jaar gerijpt in eikenhouten vaten. Dankzij traditionele distillatiemethoden, waaronder de houten Port Mourant still, krijgt deze rum zijn complexe karakter en diepte.
Proefnotities:
- Kleur: Diep amber.
- Aroma: Tropisch fruit en kruiden, met zoete hints van honing en bruine suiker.
- Smaak: Rond en zacht, met tonen van fruit en specerijen, aangevuld door vanille en karamel.
- Afdronk: Elegant en droog, met een aanhoudende zoetheid.
