Description
De Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry wordt gemaakt van 100% Jamaicaanse pot still rum met een mix van sterke drank uit Long Pond en Clarendon distilleerderijen en is gecreëerd door master blender Alexandre Gabriel. De naam Xaymaca komt oorspronkelijk van de inheemse Arawaks, die in Jamaica woonde ruim voor de tijd dat Columbus het land had ontdekt in 1494. Xaymaca betekent ‘land van hout en water.’
De Xaymaca Special Dry brengt de typische Jamaicaanse stijl heel mooi naar voren. Een intense smaakbeleving met aroma’s van geflambeerde ananas en rijpe bananen, licht gekruid met een hint van rook in de afdronk.
