Description
Spirited Union Honey Rum is een rumlikeur uit Amsterdam, gemaakt op basis van Dominicaanse rum en verrijkt met natuurlijke botanicals en lokale honing. De rum wordt gedistilleerd uit suikerrietsap en op hout gerijpt voordat deze wordt geïnfuseerd met onder andere rooibos, honeybush, rozemarijn en sinaasappelschillen uit Valencia en Curaçao. De toevoeging van Nederlandse honing uit de Biesbosch zorgt voor een fluweelzachte, ronde smaak.
Deze likeur heeft een bloemige neus met warme, kruidige tonen van rozemarijn en thee, gevolgd door een zachte, zoete smaak met subtiele citrus. De afdronk is soepel, met honing, sinaasappel en een vleugje kruiden die lang blijven hangen.
Spirited Union Honey Rum is veelzijdig te gebruiken: puur, met ijs of in frisse cocktails zoals de Honeydrew of een Slick Spritz met komkommer tonic.
