Clairin Casimir 2018 is een uitzonderlijke Haïtiaanse rum geproduceerd door Faubert Casimir in de regio Barradères. De rum wordt gemaakt van de lokale suikerrietvariëteiten Hawaii Blanche en Hawaii Rouge, die biologisch worden geteeld zonder gebruik van kunstmatige pesticiden of kunstmest. Een uniek aspect van deze rum is het gebruik van natuurlijke kruiden zoals citroengras, gember en kaneel tijdens de fermentatie, wat zorgt voor een uitgesproken aromatisch profiel.
